2. Permitted Use

New Jersey law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The New Jersey Open Public Records Act, N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq., governs a public-records process for records held by a government custodian, subject to exemptions and redactions; it does not make this private reference a custodian.
12. Severability
If a provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
